1. In almost every building, transfer slabs
and beams can be eliminated. Such conditions can add a major cost to the
building budget and can also slow down the construction. In order to achieve
such a goal, a close coordination between the architect, the developer, and
the structural engineer is required.
2. Bringing a General Contractor, selected by the developer, to the
table during the design, as part of a the team and in order to
assist in achieving optimized, practical and efficient design.
3. We believe in team work during all stages of design, in order to achieve
a high quality product, which also incorporate architect's goals, while achieving optimized design.

5. Prompt response during construction to all questions,
clarifications and repair if required due to as-built conditions, and in
